Uniformly was started by a parent and former luxury fashion buyer to make preloved uniform easy, safe and good for your school.
Grown out of long before it's worn out
As a mum of two, I kept finding the same thing: school uniform is outgrown long before it's worn out. Good jumpers, blazers and PE kits were sitting in drawers or ending up in the bin, while other families were paying full price for the same items. I created Uniformly to cut that waste and give parents, schools and clubs an easier way to pass on preloved uniform and kit. It keeps good clothing in use and saves families money.

New rules make second-hand uniform matter more
From September 2026, schools in England can require no more than three branded uniform items (four at secondary if one is a tie).
Government guidance says second-hand uniform should be freely accessible to all parents - Uniformly gives every school a free, ready-made way to do that.

How Uniformly is funded
- •Buyers pay one buyer fee per basket (5% per basket, from 50p, max £2.50; 3.5% over £75). It covers secure payment, buyer protection and running Uniformly.
- •We earn a 30% commission when we sell items for you through consignment.
- •Schools can add Pro (£49/year) for sale-day scanning and reports. The Free plan is free forever.
- •Sellers keep 100% of their price. Schools and PTAs keep 100% of donated items and their own stock.
Uniformly also helps families and clubs pass on sports kits.
