This policy sets out your right to return items bought on Uniformly, including the 14-day statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day after you receive the item, without giving a reason.
To cancel, contact us (or the seller via the order chat) within 14 days stating that you wish to cancel. We will confirm receipt and arrange the return.
After cancelling, you must return the item within 14 days. Unless the seller offered free returns, you are responsible for the return postage. Items should be returned in the same condition you received them, with reasonable care taken while you considered them.
Once the seller receives the returned item, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days. The refund includes the item price and the standard delivery charge you paid. Return postage is not refunded unless the item was faulty or misdescribed.
If an item is faulty, not as described, or does not match the listing, you are entitled to a full refund (including return postage) under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us as soon as you discover the issue and we will arrange the return and refund.
Most items on Uniformly are pre-loved. The 14-day cancellation right applies to second-hand goods. When assessing condition, please account for the wear described in the listing; a refund may be reduced where the returned item has been damaged through use beyond what was necessary to inspect it.
For items sold on consignment, Uniformly handles the refund on behalf of the seller. The same cancellation and refund rights apply.
